Julia Roberts, Harrison Ford, Halle Berry, Will Smith. Which actor do you prefer to
see up on the big screen? For a lot of people, seeing someone in the theater is not
enough-they would like to see them anytime they want. You could always buy the
movie that the actor or actress is in, but why not buy a movie poster that you can
gaze upon at your leisure? You could have Halle Berry in the bathroom with you
if you want!
Finding movie posters of recent movies is a breeze. You can use a search engine, type in
"movie posters," and receive a myriad of results. Depending on your budget, you can find
posters of your favorite movies that range in price from less than $10.00 to over
$100.00. The price depends a few things: the popularity of the movie, the size of the
poster, and whether it is new or used. You will have to decide what is perfect for you
and your budget.
Searching for vintage movie posters can be a challenge, to say the least. Finding one
that is in good condition, the size you want, and the movie you want can be frustrating.
Most reprints of popular movie posters are priced reasonably, but finding an original
in good condition will cost you. A search for a poster from a rare, pre-1940s film may
reveal that you would have to pay upwards of $500.00. Of course, there are those that
are avid collectors of movie posters and would be willing to pay virtually anything
to find the one that they seek.
Whether you want a movie poster from the 1940s, the 1970s, or the movie you saw last
weekend at the theater, chances are that you can find it online if you are diligent in
your search. There are traditional retailers as well, and they should not be overlooked
if you are having a difficult time finding what you want. Be persistent in your search
and soon you will be having a "star sighting" every day!
